Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of our software.
• Use the Service for commercial broadcasting or resale without permission.

Ownership & IP

Soccer-Insights retains all rights to its software, design, and trademarks. Uploaded videos and stats remain yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process them for analytics purposes.

Fees & Subscriptions

Pricing and payment terms (if applicable) will be shown during checkout or in your plan selection. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach or misuse.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties of accuracy or reliability. We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soccer-Insights and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
