Adding & Viewing Coach Notes

Coach notes combine structured data with qualitative insight. Notes can live at the match, session, clip, or player level, and they’re searchable across the workspace.

Creating Notes

• Match Notes: From the Match Hub click Add Note to summarize tactics, lineup changes, or weather context.
• Clip Notes: When reviewing video, pause at a key moment and type directly into the notes sidebar. Attach tasks or mentions to notify others.
• Player Notes: Inside a Player Report or roster profile, add ongoing development goals, injury updates, or academic reminders.

Organizing Notes

• Apply tags like “Fitness,” “Leadership,” or “Scouting” so you can filter later.
• Pin critical notes so they stay at the top of the feed for the week.
• Archive notes once action items are complete to reduce clutter without deleting history.

Surfacing Notes

• Notes automatically appear inside related reports, highlight reels, and guided tour callouts.
• Use the global search shortcut (/) and type note:pressing to jump to every mention of a topic.
• Export filtered notes to CSV for compliance or league reporting.

Thoughtful notes turn raw stats into a story players can act on.
