Missing Analytics Data

If analytics widgets appear empty or stats feel off, confirm the basics before escalating. Most gaps come from unlinked matches, filters, or archive status.

Checklist

1. Match Links: Verify the session is linked to the correct match. Unlinked sessions won’t roll up into dashboards.
2. Filters: Reset filters in Analytics or Reports. A lingering player filter can hide team totals.
3. Primary Session: Only the primary session feeds aggregate stats. Promote the correct session if needed.
4. Timeline Layers: Make sure AI or manual layers are toggled on; hidden layers make the chart look empty.

Advanced Debugging

• Open Activity Log to see if someone archived the session.
• Download the Tag CSV and confirm events exist. If the CSV is empty, the data never saved—reach out with the session ID.
• Check for overlapping uploads sharing the same match; duplicates can split stats until you merge them.

If you still see gaps, capture screenshots plus session and match IDs, then email support so we can trace the pipeline.
