We want every beta participant to feel heard. When self-serve articles aren’t enough, reach us through the channels below so we can keep improving the platform.

Fastest Paths

  • In-App Help: Click the question mark icon or the Help Center link in the header menu, then choose Contact Support to open a pre-filled ticket with workspace metadata.
  • Email: Write to support@soccer-insights.com with match, session, or upload IDs plus screenshots.
  • Slack Connect: Some clubs receive a shared Slack channel. Mention @Insights Support for urgent production issues.

  • Links to affected matches, sessions, or reports

Feature Feedback

  • Use the Give Feedback button inside the Help Center to submit ideas. Votes from other beta users help us prioritize.
  • Attend monthly Beta Office Hours—register via the email invite we send at the start of each sprint.
