During beta you have access to the full match workflow: upload footage, review AI or manual annotations, collaborate through comments, and publish player or team reports. This article is your guided welcome so you know what to expect the first time you sign in.

• Dashboard: Personalized snapshot showing recent sessions, open tasks, and workspace announcements.
• Library: Central home for match videos, practice clips, and supporting files. Upload, organize, and link media to fixtures here.
• Analytics: Dive into timeline charts, tagging feeds, and AI-generated summaries for each session.
• Reports: Generate shareable PDF or web reports for players and teams using curated highlights and deltas.

Your First 10 Minutes

1. Complete your profile preferences so notifications, measurement units, and language match your staff workflow.
2. Join or create a workspace, then confirm your role (coach, player, guardian, or admin) inside Settings → Team Management.
3. Launch the Guided Tour from the user menu to see inline explanations of every primary feature.
4. Upload a short training clip to experience the ingestion process before adding a full match.

Collaboration Tips

• Mention teammates with @name inside comments on clips or analytics events.
• Use the Workspace Switcher in the header to move between club, academy, or personal sandboxes.
• Enable Guardian access sparingly—they see highlights, notes, and reports you explicitly share.
