Switching Between Workspaces
Learn how to move between personal, club, and guest workspaces without losing context.
Switching Between Workspaces
Many beta users belong to multiple environments: a personal sandbox, a club account, and perhaps a regional ODP program. The Workspace Switcher keeps you oriented and prevents uploads or reports from landing in the wrong place.
Switching from the Header
- Click the workspace badge next to your avatar.
- Search or scroll to find the workspace you need.
- Select it to instantly reload navigation, permissions, and storage stats for that context.
Keyboard & Mobile Shortcuts
- Press
gthenwto open the switcher without touching the mouse. - On mobile, open the overflow menu and choose Switch workspace.
Visibility Rules
- You only see workspaces youâre invited to. Personal workspaces remain private unless you share links.
- Admins can mark a workspace as Default so it opens automatically after login.
- Workspace banners appear when you first access a team-owned space to remind you whose data youâre viewing.
Avoiding Mistakes
- Check the switcher before uploading or deleting filesâactions only affect the active workspace.
- Draft reports inside your personal workspace, then duplicate them into the team workspace when finalized.
- Use naming conventions (âClub â Girls U15â) so dropdowns stay readable as your organization grows.
