Inviting Coaches or Guardians

Inviting the right people keeps collaboration flowing while protecting sensitive video. Soccer-Insights offers tailored invite types so each persona sees only what they need.

Coach/Admin Invites

1. Go to Settings → Team Management.
2. Click Invite Member and choose role (Coach, Analyst, Admin).
3. Add an optional welcome message—include expectations or onboarding resources.
4. Send the invite. Recipients receive an email plus an in-app notification if they already have an account.

Player/Guardian Invites

• Use Player Portal invites when you want individuals or families to view highlights and reports.
• Assign each guardian to the correct player so access is scoped appropriately.
• Enable Weekly Digest emails if you’d like automatic roundups of new clips.

Security Tips

• Require two admins to approve guardian invites for academy-age players.
• Revoke access immediately when a family leaves the program by clicking Remove next to their name.
• Use the Invite Log to audit pending and expired invites so nothing lingers indefinitely.

Thoughtful invites reduce confusion and keep your footage compliant with club or federation policies.
