Sharing Clips

Clips are the currency of feedback. Sharing them is simple, but you remain in control of what each audience can see or download.

Share Options

• Workspace Share: Mention teammates with @ in the clip discussion to notify them instantly.
• Guardian Library: Admins and editors can share available match videos or highlight reels with guardians. Shared media appears in the parent's team Library under Match Videos, Highlights, or All Media.
• Public Link: Generate a time-limited URL when you need to send clips outside the workspace (e.g., recruiters).

Controls & Safety

• Toggle Include analytics context to decide whether timeline data travels with the clip.
• Enable Download only for staff. Guardian shared media is watch-only in the app and does not expose download controls.
• Public highlight links are unauthenticated links. Guardian Library sharing requires the parent to sign in and only grants access to explicitly shared media for that team.
• Review the Activity Log to see when a clip was viewed or commented on.

Follow-Up Actions

• Turn a clip into a Task if you expect a player response (“Record your reflection by Friday”).
• Add the clip to an existing highlight reel or report section with a single click.
• Close the loop in the Comments thread so feedback stays attached to the moment, not scattered across chats.

Thoughtful sharing keeps everyone aligned while maintaining control over sensitive footage.
