Using Coach Tags

Coach tags translate your club’s vocabulary into structured data. Each workspace ships with a standard set, but you can customize boards per session or per coach.

Customize the Tag Board

1. Inside a session, open Tag Settings → Customize Board.
2. Add groups (Attack, Defense, Transition) and drag individual tags into the order you prefer.
3. Assign keyboard shortcuts to high-frequency events so tagging stays fast even during live capture.

Capture Rich Context

• Enable Attributes (Result, Pressure, Final Third) to collect more detail without bloating the tag list.
• Use Instant Replay to capture the 8 seconds before and after an event so context is preserved.
• Attach Player Focus when tagging so clips auto-filter for that athlete later.

Review & Iterate

• Filter by tag to audit consistency between coaches; align definitions during weekly staff meetings.
• Export tag data to CSV if you want to run custom analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools.
• Archive outdated tags instead of deleting them, so historical sessions keep their original meaning.
