How to Report an Issue
Capture the right context, screenshots, and steps so our beta team can reproduce bugs quickly.
Reporting bugs straight from Soccer-Insights keeps feedback actionable. When you select Raise an Issue:
- Share what went wrong in your own words.
- Describe what you expected to happen or what you were trying to do.
- Add reproducible steps (tap-by-tap if possible) so QA can follow along.
- Attach up to three screenshots or short clips (PNG, JPG, MP4, MOV, WEBM – 25 MB max each).
- Submit — the request is rate-limited (one per minute) so double-check before sending.
Tips:
- Context such as match ID, media ID, and the current page path are included automatically. Avoid pasting URLs that contain auth tokens.
- If a highlight is still processing, mention the job ID or run time so we can inspect logs.
- You can follow up via the Help Center article or share ticket IDs with support.
